Tom Phillips is the president and general manager of High Plains Roofing and has been in the roofing business for 25 years. Deirdre Hoover has been with HPR as operations manager since July 1984. Many of you know her as the friendly voice on the phone when you call us. Dan Conell joined the company in the sales department in 2004 after 18 years in the insurance claims industry. Johnny Lang also joined up in the Spring of 2007 to assist in the residential facet of the business.
